A long process to create CHURPI

We work only with high-quality milk from local dairy farmers for our production processes in Norderstedt. 

Once prepared, the milk is then packed into burlap sacks in a traditional method by our Nepalese team.

The resulting cheese bundles are pressed and then stored to dry. This is how they attain their unusual texture.

The finished blocks of cheese are cut into the various sizes once dry and then stored on shelves.
